Not Happy With Last Service Request
Took Santa Fe in for oil change and agreed to the tire rotation package that was offered. After service performed, left dealership and later that night, it dawned on me how could the service tech perform tire rotation without the wheel lock key???? Call advisor and was told I could bring it back in to have it done. Did not have the time to have something done that was supposed to have been performed the day before and THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. Not feeling great about this. Reputation has taken a nose dive. Do not appreciate paying for services that were not performed. Normally when I have my tires rotated, the tech would come ask me for the wheel lock key if I did not leave it visible in the car. Not this time.

I would like to apologize for the miscommunication and confusion surrounding roations on Hyundais with wheel locks when the wheel lock is not available.  When a Hyundai comes in for service and a rotation is required, we fist check to see if they have wheel locks.  If our technician is unable to locate the wheel lock key in the customers vehicle and the wheel locks are original equipement, we have several master sets of wheel lock keys to remove the wheels, tires to facilitate the rotation and get the vehicle finished so the customer isnt inconvenienced by either having to bring the key or return with the vehicle.  I apologize for the confusion as the service advisor is new and not aware that we have master sets,  but your tires were rotated and I invite you to give me a call if you have any other concerns or questions as we always want satisfied customers.
