Mr. Sean Tolton was very patient, helpful, personable and had our car back to us in a very timely manner.
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received when we came in for our oil change. Mr. Sean Tolton was so nice, patient, friendly, helpful and very personable to us. We are senior citizens and he was very respectful to us and that made us feel very and important.

I was please with the service I received by Sean Tolton. He was friendly, courteous and responsive to my needs.

Slow response for HMA

Better than expected.
I've had issues with this location in the past but this most recent visit was a welcome surprise in how good it was. I was able to go in and get serviced in a decent amount of time. Much improved.

My experience was excellent.
Sean the service agent was great on communicating what was wrong with my car, and what was needed to correct the problem. He got me in and out in a reasonable time and tried to help me keep the cost down. Very good experience.

Never ever ever go here. You will regret spending a dime with this company. Worse decision I could of made. Nothing but lies and manipulations the moment you do any business with them. Spare yourself the headache.

Service was for check engine, 60K maintenance, repair on a service recall for a defective part.
Outstanding service. I was accurately advised it would be about 2 weeks due to a backlog to have a diagnostic conducted. Also, during this period received a recall notice from Hyundai to replace a defected part. A big shout out to Sean for his professionalism and courtesy!

Pohanka Hyundai service is honest and thorough
My auto service has always been thorough and I have never felt that they were trying to generate phony service issues. My service rep, Sean Tolton, was very helpful with my questions or concerns. I also saw how cordial he was with other customers. He is a true credit to Pohanka.

My service advisor Sean Tolton always takes great care of me and my three Hyundais.He makes bringing the cars in for service no hassle and always keeps me informed of any issues asap. I appreciate the care he shows and doesnt make me feel like they just want me to spend extra money.
