My service associate was Sean at Pohanka Hyundai, very pleasant, professional and detailed service provider. I'd like to thank you Sean for keeping me informed throughout the period of my visit. Regarding the maintenance and details on my visit. He allowed me to make decisions on the needs and concerns of my car, I haven't ever felt persuaded, pushed or manipulated to make decisions by this staff. I've known some women may have felt insecure about coming into other dealerships alone to make decisions on their car. Not here at the Capital Heights location, I feel very secure and trust that I've made the best decision. Thank you.

Pohanka Hyundai in Capital Heights, MD provides excellent service! No appointment is necessary, staff is professional, and the facility is clean and comfortable. I have done business with them for over 20 years and I have never had a problem. My husband and I have purchased about 6 cars from them as well, Hyundai and Hondas. Highly recommended.
