I would recommend Sean and Pohanka Hyundai to anyone. The personal attention i receive from Sean has me seeking him out, when my car needs servicing. He took the time to remember me. He knows my name and my car. All I need to do is tell him what I needed and give him the keys. His commitment and Pohanka service is exceptional.

My service tech is Sean. Always friendly and welcomes me by name even with my mask on and I don't even tell him who I am. Keeps me updated while I wait. He will schedule my appointment around my availability and tell me by what time to be at the shop so he can check me in. Excellent!

my service advisor and his knowledge on my vehicle

i have been using this service department for years. If i have questions they get answered in a timely fashion. I find out what wrong with my vehicle and get estimates before work is performed and i appreciate that.
