What a Headache
I did not feel like a valued customer. My engine went out on my 2019 Hyundai Tucson which took 3 1/2 months to fix.

I am currently deployed so my boyfriend brought my car in for servicing. He said the entire experience was delightful from check in to the care being returned. I knew that my car was in good hands with your service team, even from 7,000 miles away. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle!

Good, convenient service
I would recommend Pohanka Hyundai if you are buying a Hyundai. I would not necessarily recommend the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport unless you buy one with bells and whistles. Otherwise, the SUV lacks power, the air & heat don't the center of my body (vent placement is terrible), it is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the sound system is absolute TRASH!

Dropping my car off was easy however the length of time they kept my car before supplying a loaner was below satisfaction. I kept having to call and check.. It was difficult getting around without a car.. Other than that, all went well.
Jackie in customer service was great.
