By submitting content to the Site or through our Services ("Your Content"), you grant SureCritic, its affiliates, and partners a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from Your Content in any media.

You retain ownership of Your Content, while SureCritic retains ownership of all SureCritic Content, including visual interfaces, designs, graphics, software, and aggregated user data, which are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce SureCritic Content without express permission.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Consumers: When submitting reviews or other content, you warrant that you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights, and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Messaging Services

6. Content Provider Responsibilities

SureCritic reserves the right to modify or remove content that violates these terms or our Review Policy, including correcting spelling or grammar errors and removing personal information about others.

7. Content Risks and Liability

You are solely responsible for Your Content and assume all risks associated with it, including any liability for false, defamatory, or unlawful material. Once Your Content is posted or transmitted through our Services, it cannot always be withdrawn.

8. SureCritic’s Algorithm and Review Display

SureCritic employs a proprietary algorithm to display reviews. Some verified reviews may appear in the "Not Recommended" section, while some unverified reviews may appear in the "Recommended" section. SureCritic does not guarantee the continuous display of any review, and reviews may move between sections based on algorithmic factors.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The content provided on this Site and through our Services is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from such use.
