Mr. Sean Tolton was very patient, helpful, personable and had our car back to us in a very timely manner.
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received when we came in for our oil change. Mr. Sean Tolton was so nice, patient, friendly, helpful and very personable to us. We are senior citizens and he was very respectful to us and that made us feel very and important.

My experience at Pohanka was very good
One of Pohanka Staff was very nice, her name is Kirsten. She sent me a text checking to make sure I was Okay, to see if I needed anything and If I needed anything to let her know. Overall I was comfortable I don't have any complaints.

Interesting experience
The people were very welcoming. I had to wait awhile, when I didn't understand when i had a appointment. That was my first time waiting this long but the attendants were very empathetic to the fact it was very crowded. I've been a customer for over 10 years and that was my first time waiting. beyond that the work was nice
