Thank you for the overall positive feedback, however it looks like the car wash was less than ideal. I apologize that this happened. We have been working on making improvements in the department to ensure a better quality wash after every service. I will be in touch to discuss the matter further.

I had a nail in my tire and Service Advisor Sean Tolton had it replace with a new tire
I was please with the service I received by Sean Tolton. He was friendly, courteous and responsive to my needs.

Positive Experience
First communication is always a lasting effect. Marcus introduced himself with a smile and positive demeanor. He explained step by step information concerning the service for my car. He also asked if I had any concerns or questions. Now that was very important to me. My whole service experience was excellent!!!!!

Better than expected.
I've had issues with this location in the past but this most recent visit was a welcome surprise in how good it was. I was able to go in and get serviced in a decent amount of time. Much improved.

My experience was excellent.
Sean the service agent was great on communicating what was wrong with my car, and what was needed to correct the problem. He got me in and out in a reasonable time and tried to help me keep the cost down. Very good experience.

Pohanka Hyundai service is honest and thorough
My auto service has always been thorough and I have never felt that they were trying to generate phony service issues. My service rep, Sean Tolton, was very helpful with my questions or concerns. I also saw how cordial he was with other customers. He is a true credit to Pohanka.

The staff at Pohanka, Hyundai did a great Job but when you are about to pay for the service done to your car and the service manager calls all his staff in for a 20-30 minute meeting. I consider that to be rude and unprofessional. And he saw me waiting, he didn’t even apologize.

Employees customer service
My service provider Sean T. is very professional and gives good customer service. While he was tending to a customer , his co workers were talking among themselves as if I was not there. That did not look good!

I have to force explanations out of service advisors who act like they know nothing of my car. They mark everything off as okay with out actually inspection vehicles
