Ryan ruiz was a pleasure to work with. Showed me what I was looking for, took us on test drive. Waited and worked with me on the trade in. Did the best he could to get me into my new car and went to work with my new car. Followed up to make sure I’m liking the new car! He’s great! The finance department explained what they could do for me or why they couldn’t do more for me on the trade in easy enough to understand. The contract department explained everything and got me out on time. Thanks so much for a painless experience Temecula Hyundai!

Great buying experience
Went in 3 times altogether. First time just looking around. Second time met with Chandler and looked at both the Santa Cruz and the Santa Fe. Was looking for a gently used but nothing on the lot suited that time. Chandler stayed in touch but was not pushy. I thought more about my options and decided to go back and take a closed look at the Santa Fe. Took a test drive and that was it !!

We reached out to Temecula Hyundai for a quote on a new 2025 Santa Fe. The team was immediately responsive and was able to provide a quote without the song and dance that other dealerships were asking us to go through or pressuring us to come into the dealership. Our main point of contact was James Creguer , who was a straight shooter and professional throughout the entire process. After a few short email exchanges, we were able to get a competitive price that compelled us to schedule an appointment and make the drive down. James had the car parked right out front and ready to go. After a smooth test drive we ended up buying the car. We were very specific about what we wanted (Calligraphy, AWD, Atlantis Blue exterior / gray interior). We live 2 hours away and the fact that Temecula Hyundai was the only dealership that had the exact vehicle we wanted was what initially brought us here but we will definitely consider this dealership for any future purchases because of the experience. James even followed up twice after our purchase to check in on how things were going! Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Great experience that was stress free
Starting the conversation with Ryan Ruiz on the phone and then making the purchase with August has been nothing but a great experience. It was free of stress and I did not feel pressured into buying wat I did not want. They followed my lead in choosing wat I wanted. August provided different options for me to make a better decision and that was helpful.

Bad Buying Experience
Originally I purchased 2023 Santa Fe Sel, Temecula Hyundai dealership delivered the dent spot near gas tank and damaged gas tank covered. Thank you for Ryan Ruiz, my Sale Associates, who was helping to point out these damages. Grateful and appreciate for Ryan’s services. He had provided an excellent customer service. Then I exchanged it for the 2024 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenient, and the Digital Key feature was not working, and was not showed up in my BlueLink account. This time I was helped by different sale associates. Despite the facts that I contacted Temecula Hyundai, BlueLink and Hyundai corporate multiple times and I could not get any help from Temecula Hyundai/BlueLink nor Hyundai. Why did Hyundai advertise this Digital Key feature was comparable to Apple IPhone and it is not working?
