Hands down the best Hyundai of the 5 that I've owned.

Smart, efficient, techie enough and kinda sexy (though some say the back end mimics a Porsche 911!)

Okay car

Nice interior, but not happy with the truck. Lifting the trunk pours ice or rain into the trunk. No ice engine means ice or snow on the hood doesn’t melt.

Best vehicle I ever owned.

Best car I ever owned. My previous four cars were Mercedes. This one is quieter, quicker, and handles better. I'm never going back to a gas vehicle.

Wonderful Vehicle

The only thing I would change is the same on every Hyundai product. There is a heating/cooling rod in the seat that absolutely KILLS my boney bottom!

Stylish and Sexy EV

The Ioniq 6 is a sharp-looking EV that is also super energy efficient. The added spoiler lends itself to a far more expensive-looking vehicle. In the summer, when the temperatures are in the 80's, the car easily gets 380 miles per full charge. In the winter, the mileage does drop if the temperatures are in the 30's and 40's, to about 300 miles per full charge.

Mostly happy with my 2024 Ioniq 6

I enjoy the performance and comfort of my Ioniq 6, but find the sensors to be overly sensitive. Many times i have been pulling into a parking space only to have the sensors slam on the brakes since they detected a collision imminent. In every case I got out of the car to find that in fact I had plenty of clearance and the brake application was not needed. The same thing happens when I try to park the car in my garage and I have several feet of clearance on either side of the vehicle. I have come to routinely disable the sensors when pulling into may garage.

Loved Car. Bad Break

Had an electrical issue that Hyundai identify as the larg battery in the vehicle and would have to be replaced. New technology, I could live with that until they came back and stated they did not have a replacement battery. It would be months to build a replacement. I discussed with customer care corporate representative and they proposed working through the lemon law for my state. They returned all of my down payment, monthly payments including interest to make me whole and able to walk away from the vehicle. Very professionally handled through the corporate representative. I went out and purchased another electric with the funds. Love the technology.

Unpredictable handling

The handling of vehicle while driving is very unpredictable. With any change in road condition it might vere to one side suddenly. This was noticeable from purchase. Does not feel secure.

Great car. Less than good service.

My Ioniq 6 drives and rides well and is generally a pleasure to drive. There was an electronics problem with the battery and the car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks because they didn't have a part. When I finally threatened to Lemon Law the car, they "miraculously" and suddenly located the part. The thing that really galls me about Hyundai service though is that they won't provide a loaner or pay for a rental car when the car has to come in to their shop for a recall. That their customers have to spent their own money because of their recalls is wrong. I have complained to the dealer and to Hyundai North America and gotten nowhere on this matter.
