Sales great F&I not so much

Sales team was great to work with whereas the Finance Mgr was dishonest. When we tried to cancel items he sold us and he said it was too late to change the monthly payment on the contract. I've been in the business and know deals can be reversed.

We are so sorry you had a bad experiance in the finance department regarding cancelling the warranty. We can and will cancel the warranty and gap if you choose. Please reach out if you would like us to cancel the product you purchased. I believe the Finance Manager may have mis-spoken about the cancellation process. I believe your deal had already funded at Hyundai Finance, and cancelling the product can be done, However the refund would go to Hyundai and your loan amount would be reduced by amount of product. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Leo and Dean went above and beyond expectations.
I was coming from such horrible experiences with other dealerships and the moment I step foot into Temecula Hyundai..
The environment, atmosphere and the people that work there alone was already such a huge difference from the other ones.
Leo and Dean are so unbelievably kind, personable, charismatic, honest and patient. I truly wouldn't recommend any other place more.
My previous experiences had not been good and I was becoming so stressed out from those experiences that my family got to the dealership way before me while I was at work to try and get the first half of looking at cars down. I got there hours later after work to decide on the couple cars my family were able to bring it down to and of course me being indecisive, I couldn't make a decision.
I was comparing little things, colors etc and Leo was so incredible and efficient he had so much patient IN THE HEAT walking back and forth, willingly on his own bringing out other cars to make sure I was happy. Dean kept also coming out and making sure me and my family were okay and was so helpful to even answer any questions we may have had when Leo was away grabbing car after car.
They made the process so effortless and easy, I don't think I could ever go anywhere else ever.
We also met with Chris at the end to sign paperwork and he was just as sweet, personable and charismatic as Leo and Dean.. I can't recommend this place enough.
Thank you Temecula Hyundai for doing what you guys do. You made what other dealerships say was impossible, possible.

From the first call I received after my online TrueCar visit I was impressed.
Anthony Stissi walked me through everything I asked. I had an appointment at another Hyundai dealership but they weren't up front with everything until I was on my way to Temecula Hyundai.
When I called and spoke to Anthony about what was happening he listened to what I was told and asked for a few minutes to work it out. He called back in five minutes with an answer. This attention to my call and the friendly attitude made up our minds.
We drove 50 minutes to Temecula and purchased with Anthony.

The BEST customer service!

Moe Aljoboori was the sales rep that sold me my new Tucson Hybrid. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service quite like his. He is friendly and attentive.
