Great Car Buying Experience

Purchasing my new 2023 Kona N-Line
My experience started with my sales rep (August). He is absolutely Wonderful.. He quickly made me feel at home. He had my Kona out front and ready for me when I arrived (after texting him I was on my way). He went over all the features, so that I would easily understand them. He also Never once tried to push a sale, complete transparency between the both of us.. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing August for your next inquiry or purchase..!! I’ve been looking for the Ionic for a WHILE. Knowing that the inventory was limited I was in touch with over 7 dealerships in Southern California. Temecula is the only dealership in which was responsive, didn’t treat me like an idiot and push their agenda on me. My salesman, Anthony, was THE BEST. He was able to get me the exact color and specs I wanted. Once I put in my deposit, I received a text every Friday updating me on the estimated date of delivery so i was kept in the loop the whole process. Shoutout to Brianne and Chris as well. Fully enjoyed the process of buying a car with Temecula Hyundai. And we all know everyone dreads the process of buying a car. Thanks Temecula Hyundai!

Low pressure, good people, honest
Purchasing from Temecula Hyundai was a better experience than I expected. Their sales people were informative and helpful. They keep up to date on their inventory on the website. So, you know what they have in stock before you go. A lot of other dealerships in the area list vehicles they don't actually have just to lure you onto their lot.

I was very satisfied with Temecula Hyundai and would definitely recommend than to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Great Service
The workers are great, everyone greeted me when arrived. Service was very professional, employees were helpful. Love the vehicle, they went into detail of explaining how to use the vehicle especially since I got it for my mom so she isn’t very tech savvy. The process was quick and easy. We LOVE our new Palisade!
My husband and I knew we liked either the Palisade or a Kia Telluride. After stopping at Kia and them not having any inventory, we were pleasantly surprised to see a few Palisades in stock. Diego greeted us and started showing us a nice mid-grade model (which was my choice). My husband wanted a few more bells and whistles. Diego was happy to accommodate his wishes and proceeded to educate us about all of the awesome features of the Calligraphy model. We fell in love, and Diego and the team helped make us a deal we were comfortable with. Diego was also very knowledgeable about the differences between leasing and financing, and what would work best for us. Overall it was a great experience. We just finished our first family road trip in it, and we love our new ride!

My new 2022 Hyundai Tucson
Words can not even explain my satisfaction and gratitude, I have towards my experience at Temecula Hyundai. August 28th on a bright sunny Saturday afternoon at the Hyundai dealership I gravitated towards this outstanding beautiful SUV called the Tucson. Brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson the absolute dream car. Through it all, by my side Ryan at Temecula Hyundai was there filling me in on all the latest features and operations to the vehicle. He did a phenomenal job pin pointing everything, showing me how to smoothly operate all the different buttons. I absolutely love this car and I highly recommend anyone to go get a car through Temecula Hyundai. Time did not drag one moment feeling excited to go home with a fantastic new car like the Tucson. I am extremely thankful for Brad, Ryan and everyone at Temecula Hyundai for this experience! I love my new Hyundai Tucson, go get you one too!
