Dissatisfied
We have had this vehicle for 3 months, purchased it new and a few weeks ago we noticed 2 small slits in the driver seat material. The tears were found during my weekly cleaning routine. Knowing that we had in no way caused the issue, I went online and found that many owners were complaining about the same issue. I took the car in for an inspection and was told they would do nothing about it, even after I was assured that it should be covered by warranty. I contacted Hydaui Consumer Affairs and was told to find another dealership to take it to, because they were sure it would be covered by warranty. My experience with this vehicle at this point is not favorable.
