Overall the vehicle is great. The ride is smooth, it handles well and gets very good gas mileage. Unfortunately it does not come with a spare tire. What good is a tire mobility kit on I95 at midnight ? Totally unacceptable. The phone charging pad between the 2 front seats is not in a good position. When driving on a sunny day the sun coming through the front window causes the phone to overheat. Other than those things the vehicle is very good.

Consistent engine issues and poor customer service

Same engine problem over and over that hasn't been resolved. While under warranty they return the car with the expectation the problem has been fixed but it returns. The dealership and corporation don't seem to care, other than repeating that they understand and are sorry, yet they haven't addressed the problem/

No heat/Air in back seats

This vehicle doesn’t offer heat or air conditioning in the back 2 rows of seating. The control to the fan is located in the 3rd row. It only circulates air. No heat or air conditioning. In winter the air is cold and in summer the air is hot. Making this fan useless.

We enjoyed the car for the first year, but then began to have a problem with the "hyundai limp". It put us in an extremely dangerous position on the interstate on 3 different occasions. They "fixed" it 3 different times but we no longer trusted the vehicle. We ended up with the "non-hybrid" Palisade

Great SUV with all the features

Well appointed car that comes with all the features you possible want. I like the Apple key and use it every day. Adaptive cruise control and lane changing work very well and make a long drive less tiresome. Car looks great and interior finish is very luxurious. So far no issues with the car. Reliable and well made. One minor recall with the seatbelts.

Overall good value, transmission and tech issues.

Trans a little clunky, the modem died after a year and has required over 12hrs and hasn’t been fixed because the dealership says they have to wait on hold to speak with tech support for 4hrs then try a solution. If it doesn’t work they have to do it again and again with different solutions before they can just replace the faulty modem that the car itself says is faulty on the infotainment screen. Otherwise, drives well in snow and bad weather. Good cabin space and nice features if you the fully equipped calligraphy hybrid AWD with tow package. The dog bone shaped lights need to go.
