Mr. Will Bishop was very professional and courteous. 5 Stars!

I didn’t give 5 stars because I had to return two days later, because a part I had ordered months ago, was not put on my car. The service department decided to fix the problem with the existing part, which broke the following day.

I had a great service experience as usual, Will is always the best and the only one I look for when getting my car serviced. This was my 30,000 mile service and I greatly appreciate how my car feels after service.

I had a great experience with everyone from the attendant who greeted me outside , the service advisor and the cashier. I was just a little surprised that the turbo went in a 2yrd old SUV under warrenty

Okay service
When I left my vehicle with the service department they detached my personal keys and left them in my vehicle, then the Service guy turned on my auto start which then locked me out of my vehicle. However Mr. Bishop was able to get me into my vehicle quickly and with a smile!! Oil change took over 2 hours and when I go to College Park there service is always less than that.

Had my car for 9 days without an update
I said I wouldn’t write a review but they keep sending me the email to review my last visit so here it go. I dropped my car for “early bird drop-off” June 25th for the check engine light illuminated they diagnosed it to a sensor and told me they have to order the part and it would be in the next day. That was the last I heard from anyone at the dealership about my car and it wasn’t until July 1st when I walked over to the General Manager’s office and told my situation. He of course got my car repair done, really?..I’m just fortunate to have another car but could you imagine if that was someone’s only car? No loaner vehicle, no real explanation of why it took so long, just I’m sorry, I understand your frustration...oh and take this bill for $300.

As a consistent customer of the service department, I am never disappointed with the care I receive for my vehicle. I am given the necessary information on what to expect for upcoming care. It helps me prepare financially for the upkeep.
Will Bishop is always a great help and answers all my questions and puts me at ease.
Now if only after being the pervious owner of 2 Hyundai Sonata's, and current owner of 2 Hyundai Sonata's, one with 378,000 miles , they would offer a one time FREE major maintenance service.
I've been a faithful customer of Pohanka Hyundai Capitol Heights for a long time!

Service Advisor, Will Bishop is one of the best in the business. We have followed his advice and recommendations for nearly 4 years and have gotten the best performance from our Hyundai Sonata. His candor and professionalism can be relied upon to ensure the best of service at your budgeted price. I would not trust any other dealership to perform repairs, and examining my vehicle. The professionalism of the staff is over the top. The service technician's is the first stop and then to the service department for the repairs. They are forthcoming with what they find and willing to show you.
