Awful Paint Job. The hood is peeling and Hyundai will not fix it.

I contacted Hyundai and they will not repaint the hood. The paint job is awful and there have been recalls but mine was not used. They will not cover poor work. Visually the poor paint job makes this car not resaleable.

VERY SATISIFIED OVERALL

Wife and I purchased new both a 2019 and 2020 Santa Fe SEL models. both 2.4 Non Turbo engines. We are very happy with them and still really like the body style over the newer models.! Our only dislike is the too firm ride on bumpy roads...... What brand of tires would improve that overall ?

My 2019 Santa Fe has been quite dependable over the past Three and a half years. Only had one issue in the very beginning, which was fixed with a new starter. No problems since then. I would recommend this vehicle and purchased it once the lease was up.

SUPER SATISFIED

Wife and I own 2 Santa Fe SEL models purchased new. Both are equipped with the 2.4 engine ...mine is a Blue 2019 hers is a Red 2020. Basically the same in every way except for a very few very minor things. I must admit that we like the overall styling over the newer changed models. I think about purchasing another SUV once in awhile but than I look at ours and say no, no other looks much better for thousands more $$$$ As for gas mileage 32 to 33 mpg on the HWY is very satisfying !

I love my 2019 Santa Fe. I like all the upscale upgrades. Would have like auto side mirrors shut when in Off position. I looked at the 2022 and love how the controls are closer to the touch, but doesn’t have the shift handle, which I love.

Car out of the blue dying while driving

It was the huge mistake in my life trading my car for a Hyundai. Actually it was the worst experience in my life. I have a car that dying constantly while I’m driving. The engine stops when I stop but it doesn’t back work again. I took my car to a dealership but they didn’t find the problem. I have this car for only six months and I’ll trade it for a trusted brand like Toyota or Honda.

Love my Hyundai !!

This is the second Hyundai Santa Fe I have owned. Had a couple other cars between the first one I had and the one I have now and this was my choice when I came back. My husband owns one now also, he was so impressed with mine.

I had a 2012 Santa Fe and wanted the new safety features. This vehicle does not disapoint. The 4 cylinder turbo is more responsive than the 6 cylinder engine in my old Santa Fe. Miss the stash console on top of the dashboard (speaker there now) and the only outer gripe is the fact that the rear door lock mechanism is below the window controls on the driver door and is easy to accidentally engage. Should be above the window controls on the top instead of the bottom. Outside of that, there is nothing about the car that I do not like.

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe. I really wanted the package with the sunroof and leather but am completely satisfied with the one I purchased. The gas mileage is fantastic, it rides great, and is very roomy.

Rats ate it all

Rats were so attracted to the car it infested the engine block and the console. So after 2 years that was it. Plus phone didn't like to co next consistently or remain connected. Not so good for no hands feature.

Best Car I've Ever Owned

Great style, comfortable ride, excellent in snow and the mountains. The Santa Fe is a sharp looking SUV. Excellent interior room with a spacious back seat and large cargo bay when the back seats are folded down. Even with the seats up the back easily holds a wheelchair. The turbo gives excellent performance but the cost is low milage. Because the car is fairly heavy I get 21-23 mpg with town/mountain roads and 27 mpg highway. Still, if I buy another car it will definitely be a Hyundai.
