Service dept is wonderful. They know these vehicles, are very professional and courteous. You can not do better than to have your vehicle serviced here.
The only thing I dont like is the wait when u first enter. You can stand there forever before anyone greets you. Especially the guy named Bishop, he is so rude. Sean, and the ladies are very nice.
I went in for a oil change and a rubber strip for the panoramic roof and was advised I needed front brake service which i understand but the wait was to long. also after I left the push button start stop button stop working properly. I came back on 05/14/14 and was told the moduler needed to be replaced and they would have to order the part which means I would have to come back. they ordered the rubber strip but then realized when they removed the defective rubber strip they could not fix it because they ordered the wrong rubber strip.
The cashier's equipment needs to be up-graded. I spent longer trying to get my debt/visa card to be accepted my the out-dated machine she was using. I had to get a ride to a ATM machine to w/d cash. My bank manager was on the phone with me the entire time trying to figure out why her machine said 'a referral was needed.' The cashier was not able to manually input the card number, etc. The experience was frustrating for me, and my bank manager.
