The service you receive after you purchase your vehicle is important.
I received great service each time I come to Pohanka from courteous staff. They promptly take care of my vehicle and recommend future service if not completed at that time .

Wide range of business hours.
As a working person, I appreciate so much the wide range of business hours that you offer. I had no problem with other service center but making an appointment has always been a hassle. Pohanka is a little further to drive but well worth the trip. I am pleased.

Honesty is the Best Policy
I love the fact that they open early and close late. But the fact that they worked the numbers on me deceitfully I'm kinda having second thoughts about them when it comes to charging you correctly. Always check your bill, they will do a number on you if you're not paying attention. I saw it but was too tired for any arguing or any back and forth.

Great experience
As an early bird, I like that I can get there very early and an advisor is there. They greet everyone that comes in and acknowledges those waiting in line. The waiting area is clean with a wide screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating . The coffee is good too!

also when ever u chk my tires u set the psi to 40, or 41 psi when the manual states 34-35 psi -, still happened on 7/25 had to return on 7/26 which happens to have been my daughter bday to put the tires right...not happy.
Next time I drive to Bowie Md for service....
