Good service

I always try to work with the same Service Agent - Will Bishop. Good service, no issues. Does take quite a while though. I'm fortunate we have two cars and can just drop one off, but that has to be scheduled and arranged when you know they are going to keep your car ALL day for any type of issue major or minor.
