Service wonderful, but Service wait time could improve

Went in for a tire replacement and while the service was great, it took 2 1/2 hours of waiting time before it was considered completed which is way to long for a tire replacement

Tire trouble leads to great service

I came into Pohanka because of a tire issue, while I was there I was reminded of an upcoming oil change, both issues were handled with professionalism and I really liked that someone noticed the mileage and suggested that I save a trip and get both things done in one visit.

Service requested was too long

The amount of time I had to wait for vehicle to be service was my biggest issue. I arrived at 7:00 am. Around 11:30 the tech came over to tell m about other issues that was diagnosed . Half of my day was over. Too long of a wait

I stayed a bit longer than told, but I don't mind as long as what needed to be fixed was fixed. Also, when dealing with auto, you never know until get "under the hood."

Service was very good. I also had two new tires installed and front license plate was bent, don't know why? This was second time when I got first two tires, but was able to bend back into place. Now kind of wrinkled.
