Pohanka Hyundai, needs honor appointments before walk-ins. Also, they need to invest in a courtesy shuttle to provide to be able to provide excellent service.

Kristin took great care of me and ensured that I was well taken care of. She found me the best deal and warranty for new tires and informed me that my battery had failed the test. She told me the price of the new battery and I asked her to proceed with the install. She’s very warming and very welcoming. I was thoroughly pleased with my service.

Had an issue with my vehicle after service was complete had some issues on the time of wait and customer service on arrival with my wait time went back to pick up my vehicle everything seemed to be fine then the issue popped up again went back and it was resolved then service light for oil wasn’t reset went back problem was handled right then and there customer service and the help was very acceptable and satisfied they apologized for the inconvenience very satisfied with there concerns I appreciated their concern and went above to make sure I was a happy customer thank you for the service

Overall, my experience with Pohanka Hyundai has been pleasant. My main concern is the time it takes for repairs to be completed. I've only had to bring my car back once, for questions about service performed. I've had my car for five years.
