My service representative was excellent. Kirsten was very attentive and made sure my car was serviced properly. She applied my digital coupons and discussed my next service appointment.

For the past five years I have brought my car in for serving at Pohanka Hyundai and every time I leave I am never disappointed. The service department staff are very professional (especially my representative) and they treated me like family. My representative always checked on me while my car is being serviced and always went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a world class customer service experience. Lastly, the physical appearance of the service department was cleaned and well kept. Kudos to the entire staff and management of Pohanka Hyundai.

Excellent service with a very friendly staff.
I went to have an oil change and was greeted with courtesy and respect. Was told the wait would be about 3 hours. The waiting area was comfortable and clean as well as the restrooms. The wait ended up being 1 1/2 hours which was totally satisfying. Thanks Pohanka.

I was greeted with a smile by my service provider. She informed me of the anticipated wait time and it was accurate. I got updates on the status of the repair process. My car was washed when I received it and the TV worked this time.

Kirsten provided superior professional service and I must say, she was the friendliest and most detailed oriented representative we've had since coming to this location. I ended up researching the required repairs and determined that the repairs and labor were very competitively priced which I always appreciate. I received text messages and phone calls throughout my service which helped me to plan my day around the service.

I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any future maintenance and/or repairs.
