Service Dept: Excellent Dashcam Installation
Thank you for installing the Garmin Dashcam Mini 3 in my 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid. Ruben in Accessories assisted in acquiring the Mini 3, and the total price met the quoted estimate. I also appreciate having the car vacuumed prior to delivery back to me.

My only criticism is the Parts Department: Why did it take almost 10 weeks for the dashcam to arrive?

Absolutely Incredible Customer Service
We went in for one used car and cam out with another. We had something specific in mind but after driving this non Toyota branded vehicle we decided we wanted to look at more options. The sales person was phenomenal and very accommodating. Even during a misunderstanding with the warranty they made everything right and made sure that we had a great buying experience.

Bought a new Tacoma Truck
I was in the market for a new truck and stopped at Vancouver Toyota to see what they had. They had a huge inventory of Tacoma's to choose from and made me a great deal to take one home. They were straight to the point and didn't try to play any games along the way. They valued my time and money and I would buy another car/truck from them anytime.
