As a longtime customer over 40 years, I appreciate the initial greeters and their promptness. However, my most recent visit was an emergency as my vehicle was towed in. The service on that portion was to my dissatisfaction, as well as the internal treatment of lower ranked employees. Normally, I would dismiss this but the tone of voice & aggression was passed on to me, a paying & loyal customer.
