Kept me updated on new car order
Both Flynn Bernardi and Nick Audrey were a pleasure to work with. I felt well taken care of when my new car was delivered, they answered and explained all the questions I had and made sure I had their contact information, or any question I might have after I left Vancouver Toyota.

Another great experience at Vancouver Toyota
Brought my 2022 Tundra in to get it lifted and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked with Flynn, Ruben and Wyatt and from start to finish it was amazing. They were able to get my truck in right away and it was done when they said it would be and looks great. Can’t recommend Vancouver Toyota enough.

Above and beyond
Lynn was incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure if I needed brakes and she quickly made an appointment (same day) to have my brakes looked at. I was impressed by how progressional the whole experience was. A definite relief from trying get service from other dealerships.

Trustworthy and Kind
I bought a 2023 Camry from Michael Emmons at Vancouver Toyota. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfect with my purchase. He worked around all my needs and got me a payment that worked great for me. Joe in finance was very informative and made everything super quick and easy. I am very happy with my purchase and it's always refreshing to work with a dealership that is trustworthy and listens to it's customers needs. They are fair and don't mark up their vehicles making it evident that they care for their community and their needs. In this crazy market where getting a car is almost impossible, I appreciate a dealership going above and beyond to make my dreams become reality. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I felt welcomed and knew that this was the place where I wanted to purchase my car!

2022 Tundra purchase
Great experience, they are a very well organized dealer who know their vehicles. I got the best price in the northwest on the truck that I wanted with no up sale push.
