Purchase of used vehicle
We just purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Laramie Longhorn from your dealership. From the moment that we started talking to your sales representative it was clear that this was going to be a pleasurable experience. There was absolutely no pressure on us to buy this vehicle and we were made to feel that at all times we were the ones in charge of how this was going to go, very refreshing. The truck had a couple of minor issues that were addressed right away when we moved ahead with the purchase. The signing was easy we drove the truck home the same day. Registration, title and plates are being taken care of by the dealership. It was all so easy and stress free.

Easy car buying experience!
Had a great experience purhasing a used car with this dealership, I reached out to Michael about the car that was listed on the dealership website and we made an appointment to meet with him to discuss trading in my car and purchasing the used car. The process was super easy, I was also able to get financing through the dealership at a lower rate than I was quoted by my credit union. Overall a great experience!

We finally got our car!
After a ten month wait, our Toyota Highlander Hybrid finally arrived. The dealership kept us engaged via both text and phone calls, assuring us they had not forgotten our order. The day we went to pick it up was like a party. Everyone smiling and friendly, we got the car, Toyota hats, and a great water bottle- presents! The orientation was long, yet really interesting and helpful. Our new car has many features to learn about- all fun. Our sales guy was patient and made it easy.
Even the business part of the day was easy. No pressure to add this or that. We wrote a check and signed some papers- done!

I bought a 2023 Camry from Michael Emmons at Vancouver Toyota. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfect with my purchase. He worked around all my needs and got me a payment that worked great for me. Joe in finance was very informative and made everything super quick and easy. I am very happy with my purchase and it's always refreshing to work with a dealership that is trustworthy and listens to it's customers needs. They are fair and don't mark up their vehicles making it evident that they care for their community and their needs. In this crazy market where getting a car is almost impossible, I appreciate a dealership going above and beyond to make my dreams become reality. I had the most amazing customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life tonight with Michael. Long story, but I had to get my car towed to Toyota and ended up working with a different company to get a key made (to save money, but ended up being a poor choice.) The locksmith needed to be done by 8 when Toyota closes, but after 2 hours 8:00 rolled around and he said he needed 30 more minutes. Michael told us he wanted to make sure we got out, so he stayed a whole extra 40 minutes past close for us. Then, when the locksmith was done, he insisted that he stayed until we paid and left so that we (my mom and I) weren’t alone in the empty parking lot with the locksmith man. To top it all off, once the locksmith left we told Michael thank you and that he should head home while I was scraping ice off my car - he left and came back 10 minutes later with a bottle of deicer that he bought at the nearby store to make sure I got out okay. This was so above and beyond anything I could have ever wanted or expected, and we weren’t even working with Toyota at the time. Michael deserves a raise and all the recognition in the world, what an amazing human being! Thank you for everything!!!
