Overall, it went smoothly even though it took a long time to complete. We weren't planning on buying the car that particular day, but it happened.

Everything met my expectations
Everything went well. I got a ride drop off at the mall while they were working on my car. The service was great and the car is in great shape.

Fixed a problem & did the right thing.
Had an issue with what needed to be fixed between the service department and communication with other departments. I spoke to someone and they got it fixed.
