Love dealing with this dealership. All details are completely transparent. Anna was superb. Not pushy. Followed the transaction all the way until I drove out of the parking lot. She listened to what my goal was and made sure that goal was fulfilled.

Ordering and receiving a rav 4 hybrid.
Throughout the process of ordering buying and receiving my car the sales staff were extremely patient and helpful. I ended up getting a trim level higher in around half of the projected delivery time because of the diligence of the sales staff. From the initial order to the day of delivery I felt like my business mattered. Day of delivery I was made to feel like I was a priority and that I was being taken care of. I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and the care taken by the sales staff to really create that welcoming environment. Excellent experience start to finish

Great people greater experience
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had gone to several out-of-state dealers and failed to find anything that was not $1000's over msrp. I could have saved time had I looked here first. The car market is crazy right now and to find a dealer willing to accept msrp, with no adjustmed prices was incredible. Anna Karakotova and was beyond helpful and went above and beyond for us. Also out financier, I believe her name was Emily, was also very helpful. 5 Stars.
