Love my Avalon Toyota

I put Matt below for staff member. His team did the work on my car. Didn’t know his last name. They fixed the rattle in the rear passé door.

Such a great purchasing experience!
My wife and her sister drove 6 hours round trip with their mother, to purchase a car for her. They were so impressed with the staff and the process that both my wife and her sister said that they would be willing to do the 6 hour round trip drive to purchase again from Vancouver Toyota!

Great experience
Best car buying experience we have ever had, no pressure, efficient and kind staff. We are buying another vehicle here now after an absolute horrible experience at another dealership. We will probably only buy from Vancouver Toyota moving forward.

Superb high quality people and Product!
I financed a Certified Rav4 Hybrid XLE, that I absolutely love!
The Sales consultant was so helpful and professional, as was the Finance Manager. Everyone that worked there and saw me was friendly, even though they weren't working with me.
I highly recommend McCord's Vancouver Toyota to anyone looking for a great vehicle, and excellent service.

Long process. Then bad car.
I found a car I liked, the paperwork process was long and after bouncing back and forth from buildings it was done. Less than a week after my purchase I broke down on the side of the road. The roadside assistance was a nightmare. After giving them information for over a half hour they could not verify my coverage and asked for my card information. The dealership was on the other line trying to tell the agent what profile to put it under. Long story short, I was told to use the OnStar feature and use GMCs roadside assistance. I had to make 3 calls to OnStar, talked to 3 tow truck drivers and 2 911 dispatchers. The towing company couldn’t find my car. I sent them a pin, photo of the car and satellite photo of the parking lot in addition to the GPS coordinates from OnStar. They did find it.
