Past complaint issue
I had a complaint regarding the sale of my car that I bought in December. I felt that I had been coerced into buying the car that I purchased instead of being given any encouragement or option of having the car that I wanted. I talked to the people at the counter about how I felt. And what I had felt happened. And they were very cooperative. They gave me options to take care of the problem. In a the way that works out that I can get the car that I originally wanted. And they were very helpful, and I appreciated their help, they were friendly. And my understanding of my feelings and my position on the issue i'm not sure which mike I talked to.

Love my Avalon Toyota
This is the 3rd car I have bought from Mccords Vancouver. Two Leases and one bought. Matthew Nash and Mark Dunn. Great salesman! And a special Thank you to Mike Keene! He has gone out of his way with all three purchases to make sure I was completely happy with my choice and was affordable for me! Everything ran smooth and I was out of there happy and content!

GOOD SERVICE
Very friendly, professional. Listened to what I had to say and tried to work with me as much as possible. Not sure which Mike I dealt with but he was a younger person.
