Excellent Service
We came looking for a vehicle we saw online and Cory met us, looked up what we described and let us know it had not been serviced yet. We were able to test drive it and chose to make the purchase. Cory was great in helping with everything and we understood the vehicle would need to be serviced before we could drive it home. Mark was very good at explaining our options with financing and everything went very smoothly. Overall it was a pleasant and professional experience and we got the vehicle we saw and wanted.

The car was exactly as advertised, and I love it.
Great experience. The salesman was low-key and efficient and nice. The car was as advertised, it didn't take too long to do the whole thing, and I am very glad that I bought my car there.

SENIOR BUYER
As a senior lady the buying experience was not at all difficult due to the salesman I worked with. All my questions were answered and demonstrations of the cars features were great. I received a fair trade in price and all fees and additional warranty options were explained by the finance agent. I was only there about 3hours and left a very satisfied customer.

They made it easy
I went to the used lot expecting pressure sales tactics and a car with rough edges. Instead, I was given alllll the time that I wanted to root through the car, and I found just a few crumbs buried in the seat tracks and one tiny trim piece missing — otherwise an immaculate car. It seems like they took care to buy a well-maintained car, caught a few small issues via their CPO check and then waited for the right buyer. In this insane market (Feb 2023), I feel lucky that Vancouver Toyota had exactly what I wanted, down to the color and trim package. I can say just as much about the staff, Cory and Mike. Both gentlemen were cordial and professional from start to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Vancouver Toyota again. I probably will.

Fantastic first time buying experience!
I was very nervous about buying a car for the first time. Cory (plus every staff member I encountered) made it so easy. I never felt pressured, and all of my questions were answered and then some. I left that day with exactly the car I wanted!

Fantastic Service!
It was a great experience buying our 2019 Honda Odyssey. Cory was fantastic, very kind no pushiness what so ever. He was truly the best salesman we have had buying a car!
