Best dealership on the West coast
The staff at Vancouver Toyota hands-down is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They have been such a blessing to work with. I have purchased two Toyota truck from them this year one a tundra and one Tacoma James Q is the reason for that.

Very, Very, Busy Place...Lots of Toyota's being sold (and bought)
Cars were "flying off the shelves" as we purchased on that came in off the 18-wheeler just hours before we bought it. Sage Advice: If you want a Toyota today, you better grab it while it's on their parking lot otherwise it'll be gone. Sure, they can try to find a model you like with accessories, etc. but the plain truth is there are several very HOT vehicles including Siennas and RAV 4s that are sold almost as soon as they reach the dealership. BE FLEXIBLE, otherwise you'll have to go to the back of the line, especially for Siennas in particular.

We came in with an approval letter for 80 grand, and we were given the runaround and we had our credit ran multiple times. In the end, we would up financing through the bank I already had an approval from. The salespeople don't sit with you on the test drive, which was also unusual but made us feel unimportant, and we weren't kidding around or anything, the only reason why we even bothered purchasing the car with them was because my wife wanted the specific 89,000$ Toyota Sequoia.

Took care of us
James really tried to fit our needs and was understanding when we had to reschedule due to covid. He gave us an estimate of 2-3 days work and ended up completing it in one day. We appreciate the transparency and the communication.

Fantastic first time buying experience!
I was very nervous about buying a car for the first time. Cory (plus every staff member I encountered) made it so easy. I never felt pressured, and all of my questions were answered and then some. I left that day with exactly the car I wanted!
