Always professional
Always professional and attentive to my needs. I've been dealing with Pohanka for a really long time, since they were located on St. Barnabas Rd in Maryland and they are never short of professional. I get in and get out. I have 3 favorite people there who are always attentive to my needs and friendly Mr. Charles Bivens- salesman
Ms. Joanne- finance and Mr. Will- service. Always super nice to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to purchase a vehicle ?

Had my car for 4 days & no phone call smh
I dropped my car off because the check engine light came on and the engine was making a weird sound. They had my car for four days and I was not informed about the problem with my vehicle until I called them. I was the. Informed of work that was performed on my car without my previous knowledge.

Good, convenient service
I would recommend Pohanka Hyundai if you are buying a Hyundai. I would not necessarily recommend the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport unless you buy one with bells and whistles. Otherwise, the SUV lacks power, the air & heat don't the center of my body (vent placement is terrible), it is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the sound system is absolute TRASH!

Convenient location and good customer service
Although I had to have my engine replaced I’m still a satisfied Hyundai owner. I would definitely buy another because they stand by their product. The location is convenient to my home and work which makes it easy to drop off and pickup.
