Service Team Great, however Hyundai is crap!
I like the service team, but have no confidence in the brand, so i would not buy another Hyundai vehicle or can I recommend it. I had one of the most frightening experiences with this truck. However, Sean and the entire team has been very respectful and has done a great job.

Reason for Giving an Excellent Rating
At each visit, I feel that the service rendered is excellent. When I am helped at the Service Counter, I always feel that the service rep is concerned about giving excellent service. I am seen in a timely manner. Explanations given are always complete and detailed.

The only thing that I miss is reading the daily Washington Post in the waiting room. So now I try to remember to bring my newspaper from home.
