Okay service
When I left my vehicle with the service department they detached my personal keys and left them in my vehicle, then the Service guy turned on my auto start which then locked me out of my vehicle. However Mr. Bishop was able to get me into my vehicle quickly and with a smile!! Oil change took over 2 hours and when I go to College Park there service is always less than that.

Exceptional Service
As a consistent customer of the service department, I am never disappointed with the care I receive for my vehicle. I am given the necessary information on what to expect for upcoming care. It helps me prepare financially for the upkeep.
Will Bishop is always a great help and answers all my questions and puts me at ease.
Now if only after being the pervious owner of 2 Hyundai Sonata's, and current owner of 2 Hyundai Sonata's, one with 378,000 miles , they would offer a one time FREE major maintenance service.
I've been a faithful customer of Pohanka Hyundai Capitol Heights for a long time!

Always a Pleasant Service Experience
Service team always provides a smooth service experience for me. When I've had to leave my car there and rent another car they have Enterprise pick-up on site. When I've shopped parts they've always had the best price on Hyundai parts. They do oil changes on Sundays. The service team has always been transparent with me (which is the most important thing to me).

Convenient and accommodating location
Easy check in for the services department. My service advisor, Sean, was super. He kept me abreast of any discounts available for my service and addressed my concerns. Sean advised me as the status changed on my vehicle. This is my second Vehicle purchase From this location And the service is always on point From sales to service.

I have been coming to Pohanka Hyundai for about 7 years to get my car serviced. For years, Sean has taken good care of me and been very professional. I just recently come back to Pohanka and experienced another employee who has taken good care of me, just as well as Sean. Her name is Jaqueline Rivas. I haven't seen Sean for awhile and he was my motivation to return to Pohanka Hyundai and have my car serviced. Since my experience with Jaqueline was just as excellent, I know have a motivation to keep returning. My experience with Pohanka Hyundai never cease to amaze me and make me feel good about keeping my 2013 Veloster running in good condition. The customer service is the icing on the cake. Thank you!
