Great service yet again

Mike, the service manager is consistent in customer satisfaction and finding a way to ensure every customer comes back. if you express a concern he goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is better and acknowledges what made you unhappy. I was so angry with the service I received, he took responsibility and went out of his way to make sure that was rectified.

Makes Me Not Want A Hyundai
this is my third time going to them (first two times, a misdiagnosis was made and I had to go back) I went back because they’re close and the car is still under manufacturer’s warranty. anyway, I was first told I didn’t need an appointment. they had my car from monday-thursday to only tell me the battery was dead (which I already knew) I had to pay $185 for that diagnosis. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM TO GET AN UPDATE. then I was told parts and labor was an additional $295. I just bought a battery for $175 and someone installed it for me. it’s robbery and unethical. and this has been my experience all 3 times. they don’t communicate, don’t look at the car in a timely fashion and then charge you and arm and a leg for the simplest things. at least have good service if you’re going to charge outrageous amounts.

The worst
They need to do better with accommodating appointments it should be no reason I had to wait five hours for a oil change !!!!! If it wasn’t for Bernie , I would of had to pay terrible smh

Service center people are excellent but Hyundai cars are worse
had the several issues with my Hyundai sonata 2017 model and my car did not complete 4 years and 40000miles.
Most frustrating issue was with the trunk. I was having trouble with trunk lock and wrote to dealer, somehow dealer missed my message after sometime trunk completely locked out. I again contacted dealer for repair, this time dealer was kind enough to schedule an emergency appointment but couldn't fix the problem due to unavailability of the replacement part. Dealer ordered that part from Hyundai which took around 15 days to get that that part (I don't know which shipment service they use). However, this time dealer was in touch with me and took proper care of the issue and replaced the part after it arrived.
I am frustrated with Hyundai car, they just want to sell their car to be sold but they don't care for the customer if they have any issue in future with their car. I am planning to buy a new car for my wife but that will definitely not be Hyundai for sure.

They make things right....
I've been a Hyundai customer for the past 7 years. I have never ran into the concerns I did with Hyundai. My thoughts were to never visit this dealership again.
However, amidst my despair and exasperation they teamed up and made things right. I was put in a loaner and repairs were put into play and customer service update calls were made.
I want to especially thank Darnell, Mike and Vince. They made me feel like a valued Hyundai customer... Thanks Guys...

my first service appointment wasn’t ideal and I completed a survey listing the things I was unhappy with. a few days later the service manager, Mike had reached out to see how he could make my experience better and fix the issues with my car. He used the $15 I paid from the first time as a credit for my next oil change, fixed the issue and even offered to get me a rental while my car was there. I was shocked that someone actually read the surveys and extremely shocked that he was so committed to making sure I had a better experience.
