The service department advisor and the department manage that made amends by reaching out to me about the service issue caused by their third party vendor. They were very concerned about the poor detailing service and will being discussing it with the vendor. The mechanic will correct putting on my rain guards.

There was some service issues.
My service advisor was friendly and courtesous but the service was poor. The mechanical work was incompleted because of them not having 3m double sided tape. The detailer did a poor job with cleaning the interior and the rear windshield.

Happy Customer
I originally purchased my brand new 2020 Hyundai from College Park Hyundai and from sales to service .. they’re awesome . I had an issue once and I was so upset vowing to never return . The supervisor (Melodie) not only addressed all of my concerns but she made sure I was heard and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I enjoy coming into the shop . I don’t feel like they’re just trying to take my money . I don’t go to any other location for my vehicle because they’ve created such a good impression .

Brakes continue to make squeaking noise and driver’s seat heating needs to be fixed
I ask to check the brakes for the second time, since the first time they indicated that they couldn’t hear the squeaking noise that the brakes continue to make. A technician drive the car with me and he was able to hear the brakes squeaking noise . this is for a 2020 model that hardly has 12k Miles on it and has not be driven that much. It makes me wonder if is something that has to do with a factory defect and if that is the case, it should be fixed under the manufacturer warranty. Also mentioned that the driver’s seat heating system was defective, sometimes it will work and other times it will not turn on.
It was determined that there is a defect with it but need to return to have the work completed
This is the first time that we own a Hyundai and it will probably be the last time. We have always owned Toyota vehicles and have not experienced this type of issues that should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty.
My expectation when I bring the car back for the third time is that these two issues are resolved. Most likely they will need to replace the rotors, since the last time they resurface them and the problem with the squeaky noise persists. Also, the seat heating needs to be fixed and I am expecting to get a loaner vehicle , while my car is being serviced
