quick service but be careful with grease

This oil change was fast but did not rotate tires; Justified that they were good even wear still. However, there were 2 or 3 significant black grease/oil marks on my buck-colored door panel. They were very hard for me to remove - had to get out the Simple Green and a lot of 'elbow grease' to get them off.

Efficient, friendly, and professional

The service crew at Mike White Ford in CdA did a great job. My service advisor kept me notified and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I trust the Service Dept at Mike White Ford with my maintenance needs. Thanks guys!

Quick and Efficient

The people are always pleasant. The work is done on time and efficiently. Cole is always on top of it and explains everything did well. The cost for the service is quite reasonable too.

My truck was serviced in the time specified.the inspection revealed an air filter that needed to be replaced. This was done for the amount quoted.

The Service Department at Mike White is very efficient, technically proficient, and completes the job on schedule. It is obvious the employees enjoy their job and work environment. Mr. Cole Patterson, the Quick Lane Manager, was very easy to work with today. Great leadership and teamwork!

So professional and got me in quickly

I was making a trip for thanksgiving and needed a brake job. I called everywhere and could not get in until end of December. I called your place and you also were booked out. After telling the lady who answered what I needed, she said she would see what she could do. She called back and squeezed me in! I go to your place for my maintenance! I am so impressed and thank you everyone who made my trip possible!!

If you like waiting.....

When you schedule a service for any reason it is at least a month out. When you get an oil change plan on being there for about three hours. I would recommend just going to Jiffy Lube, you can be done in twenty minutes.

Better than other dealerships

This was the 1st time in having our Explorer serviced since buying from Mike White Ford. Cole (service writer) was super helpful with explaining answers to my questions and helped the service process made pleasant ! Thank you to the technicians also for servicing and inspecting our Explorer.

Took longer than normal but a service tech came and told me what was going on so it was no problem. I like the staff. Everyone comes across professionally.
