Went in for oil service and tire rotation, in and out in about an hour. This was with an appointment however.

Excellent Service

I am traveling from Florida and made a mistake in my service appointment date. Even though the service department was extremely busy Cole was able to get the needed service for my car in a very timely manner. The entire service department was professional and very friendly.

Missed during inspection

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because during the inspection before the oil change nobody saw that there was a headlight out. I asked when paying fir my service if they changed the headlight and was told there was not a headlight out. The service writer came out to the vehicle with me and confirmed the light was out

Oil Change/Brakes

I came in for an oil change and mentioned a concern about my brakes which were replaced in your service department the year before. I mostly drive around town but went to Lewiston, ID and I noticed that the brakes were vibrating going down the steep grade. The service person said it sounded like a rotar ( I agree) but I was told that there was no warranty and they could warp at anytime and I would have to Pay $100 for a break inspection despite the fact that Ford is the one who replaced my brakes and Rotars a year prior. I have had all my service on my car and have purchased tires for my car and my sons car at this Ford dealership over the last 10 years ( which has changed owners 3 x) I am disappointed that there is not more pride in your parts and labor or loyalty to customers to not even inspect it as a courtesy to a long time customer
