Fix defective brakes previously done
This was my fourth trip in since April to remedy brand new brakes that were installed. The new brakes were loud and squeaking a lot. On this trip they installed new brake pads and resurfaced the rotors to try to remedy the noise. Unfortunately the problem is still there and I’m just going to live with having squeaky brakes.

Valet service
I had service scheduled and also scheduled the new valet service. I received 2 email and 2 text confirmations. But then they forgot to pick up my car. I called and they finally picked it up at 10:45 when my appt was at 8:30. They were supposed to return it by 5 but because of the mess up it was not ready. They did deliver it to my home later, but someone changed my console display and added an app I can't get rid of. I am not happy about the experience.

Cole got me in as scheduled and they promptly completed the scheduled maintenance.

Staff kind, familiar faces, trusted service
With staff turnover at various businesses in the last several months, it was so very nice to see a familiar face in the service area staff. It was also nice not to have to wait several weeks for an appointment. In fact I ended up having a conflict in my schedule so I had to change my appointment a time or two and still got a timely appointment convenient for me. Staff throughout the facility (even in the waiting area which was comfortable) were friendly and cheerful. The restrooms were clean and modern. Most important, the service was conducted in the time frame promised and I know I can trust the Service overseer to have my best interests at heart. Sorry I don't remember his name. He has been at the new Mike White Dealership for 3 1/2 years and at Mike's other facility previously for several years.

Everything was great, it just too a while (1.5 hours) to get a standard oil change..
Oil change and related service was fine and everyone involved was polite and great. It just took longer than I would have liked considering I had an appointment.
