Guys behind the counter need to know exactly what services were performed on my car. When I asked, did they rotate my tires? I think so or probably are terrible answers.

Great experience with the whole process for ease of scheduling online to waiting in comfortable chairs at the dealership to picking up my car when finished. Awesome staff answered all my questions.

Mike White employees are great, very professional, a salesman came to help as they were very busy that day and made sure I was only in my car for a few minutes. The timing was as they said and they called before replacing filters.

F350 H D lube oil filter service

From entering and leaving all was very good, really like the safety inspection turns out it needs brakes.
Was disappointed that calling into schedule the additional service when transferred to the service dept the phone just kept ringing never recalled or got answered happened twice. Finally on 4th attempt made the appointment.

Mike White Ford always does an excellent job with the service on my F350. They greet me by name, are on time and just do an awesome job. Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

When I dropped by car off I told them I had an appointment in two hours. I asked the service writer if my vehicle would be finished in time. I was told it would be and it was. I was not late to my appointment.
