Officiate use of my time
We were greeted in the service department immediately on Saturday. The service manager made sure all of our needs were met. They fixed the tuck bed cover, made sure all services were taken care of. Car was done at the correct time as we were waiting at the dealership. Great overall experience!

Oil change and front brake job all went fine
Our first service experience with Mike White Service Dept. went very well. They were very helpful in explaining the need for a brake job as well as the oil change.
Pricing was very good too

All in all, I would highly recommend to everyone.

They never missed yet
I go there for my regular routine service even though I can probably, maybe get it cheaper elsewhere. It doesn't make sense to not take it to the folks that know my vehicle.

Made an appt online and was able to get in quickly. Everything went smoothly and got in and out in about an hour. As always, great service.

I was greeted with the correct paperwork when I arrived. Oil change, multipoint inspection and tire rotation was accomplished with in the estimated time.

Great Service
Everyone, from my arrival until I left, were super courteous and communicated effectively with me on my service. They made sure to let me know when they recommended replacing something and why (this time was a cabin air filter) and answered my questions on when it might be time for something else. They were great going over all of the things they checked. I will always recommend service at Mike White!

Was a quick service once it was pulled into the shop!
What is the point of an appointment if it is not touched for over an hour? Once it was pulled into the shop it was completed quickly. All the service guys were busy checking out a new bronco, maybe a training or demo? checkout was also super awkward.

Service team did a great job and exceeded the stated timeline to complete work
