Great Job!
Customer service was wonderful! Sean takes personal care with explaining what is being done or needs to be done with my Veracruz. However I am kind of spoiled and my car did not receive a car wash this time.

My car is still not fixed, two days later my check engine light is on again and I was told to bring it back on this coming Monday for service. Before you all kept my car for nine days to repair the ECS.

This location is close to home and the staff is always courteous; especially, Sean. He keeps me informed of every detail regarding the service being performed on my car. He let's me know the condition of the car and if there are parts that need to be replaced.

The service I received was excellent. The staff I dealt with were friendly and explained everything in detail. The only issue I ran into, was when my car went through the complimentary car wash, my license plate was bent and the frame was broken. This was not the fault of any person, but due to the brushes as they cleaned my car. The Service Dept., addressed the issue and fixed it immediately.
