A thrid time car owner
Each and every visit for me, the customer service is extremely kind and polite, The Service tech always explain, what service is recommend, the amount of time it will take for the service and the cost of the services. For, the most part you don’t have to wait a extremely long time. All the staff from the intake techs, housekeepers, the car sale folks to the cashier are Ally extremely pleasanr and helpful.

I had a wiring issue with my taillight so I called and Sean Tolton told me to come in and by the time I arrived, he had pulled my records and found I had 3 recalls and arranged for those to be done as well. He gave me the approximate time my car would be done and was on point. He gave me an estimate (as I needed some other things done outside the recalls) and the price came in a little cheaper than his estimate. He is great to work with and so is the wonderful cashier that cashed me out. I went on MLK day and was in there less than 2 1/2 hours. Great services!

Customer service/support is great I never had an issue with anyone in service dept. always look out for their customers. Waiting area is a little chilly during the winter months...Brrrrr, but can warm up with coffee, tea or hot chocolate

My car was one of the model years subject to a recall for a possible engine problem. Pohanka Hyundai ran the test on the engine and determined that the engine needed to be replaced. Sean in the Service Department gave me a thorough run down of what would happen in what time frame and that the work would be done at no cost to me. After the engine was installed they looked at another issue I was having with the car and determined that that work also was covered by the original Hyundai power train warranty, so they did that work at no cost.

My car is a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and has just under 85,000 miles on it. I was thrilled to learn that the work that was done was all covered under either the original warranty or the recall. This is the second Hyundai I have owned, and my family has two others. The cars have been great to drive and the warranty has given us peace of mind. The service department at Pohanka has always been courteous, professional, and straight forward with us. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences there over the last 10 years. I highly recommend this dealer.
