Technician Is Very Highly Recommend To Service and Customer
I had the pleasure of working with Sean as my technician. I would recommend him to anyone that needs service. I was on vacation and my car could not be service right away. Sean phoned me and discussed my concerns and kept me in the loop the total time. I provided him with my dates to return to the US and the date I would be available to pick my car up. When I picked up my car Sean reviewed everything with me.

Thanks to Sean that my problem was resolved in a manner acceptable to me. I had taken my car in for service for the same problem prior to leaving for vacation with no satisfaction on the resolution. That service center wanted to provide a solution unacceptable to me because it did not fix the problem I was experiencing.

Thanks goes out to Sean he is a great access to the Hyundai family.

Service manager is courteous, considerate, reliable, and efficient. Explains work needed . I trust Mr. Tolton. He always uses good judgment and works in my best interest. Makes discounts and promotional benefits available without inquiry.

From the first phone call to inquire about service to paying the cashier at pick-up; the customer service has been excellent! Sean worked with me through the entire process and sent timely text updates, the communication was consistent and clear. I received an update at every step of the process. No one gets excited about paying for auto repairs but Pohanka Hyundai and Sean maybe the process transparent and painless - I'll be back!

I think the service you get from Pohanka Hyundai is excellent, the waiting area is comfortable and clean even the bathrooms are clean and nice. The service manager are very respectful, kind and knowledgeable . I recommend them to everyone.
