The service team at Pohanka diagnosed my issue and fixed it at a reasonable cost. What I especially appreciate about the Pohanka service department is how Sean keeps me updated throughout the process with regular communication.

Equus Service
Sean Tolton ,my Equus service manager, is excellent. He communicated by text the entire time my car was with him & did not try to oversell service; only needed 1 tire replaced and that is what he informed me. The quotes included labor, so total was a little less than expected.
Only concern is that he seems to be only service manager that handles this model, so when he is not in, service dept they are not very professional, as I see with my son’s Sonata.

My thanks to my service advisor, Sean, for all his help in getting my car repaired. The check engine light came on and I went to the dealer to have it check out and was told it would take 24-48 hours to determine the cause of the problem. I was without a car for 2 days. You should have a loaner program for such needs.
