Great Service
The service was great. Ricardo is always so courteous, helpful and accommodating. I came in for an oil change and was told it would be around 45 minutes. It wasn’t even 15 minutes and Ricardo told me my car was done. Excellent customer service.

I appreciate being warmly welcomed and remembered.
Every appointment with Hyundai has been handled promptly and finished to my complete satisfaction. Ricardo Garcia is a delightful gentleman who takes the time to answer questions, help with a problem, or explain any of the features I have trouble mastering.
I thought that I had made this last service appointment online but it did not appear on the schedule when I arrived. Ricardo could not have been more understanding and helpful. He realized I was trying to get the longer 30,000 mile service done over my Spring Break and immediately said he’d take care of it. My service was completed with alacrity and care and the next time I will schedule directly with Ricardo.
