Everything worked very well. My service rep, Ricardo Garcia was friendly, efficient and informative. Cost of the 40K service for my Daughter's 2015 Tucson was less than expected. Great first experience.

From beginning to end my experience with the dealership was first rate.

Excellent!!!!!

Mr Garcia is the reason I return to Earnheart for all my car regular maintenance, as well as issues that come up with my car. Many people told me not to go to dealership for car needs, but I trust mr Garcia. He gives me a full explanation of all repairs and goes thru in detail what to expect in the future for my car! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for expert car care!!! Thank you mr Garcia for the great service!!!

Excellent job in repairing my damaged car,

My service advisor Ricardo Garcia did an excellent job in getting my Sonata repaired. He was polite and courteous always answered my phone calls or questions. His dealings with my insurance Co. made it a lot easier. I appreciate all his effort in getting

Problem with fuel shut off when gassing up

Work was for diagnosis. Problem is inside the gas tank with a simple float valve. Expensive repair as it requires replacing the tank. Could not leave the car for the repair.

This is a frustrating repair for certain. Obviously with safety concerns surrounding any type of repair to the fuel tank we need to take extreme caution, perhaps that is why this component only comes are part of the entire assembly. By only offering in this manner, the manufacturer can better control that all systems function correctly.
