Ricardo was great!
Ricardo was my advisor and he was very helpful. He even went out of his way to check with Hyundai to see if they would cover part of the cost of my parts since I was the original owner to get me the best deal. He followed up with my while my cat was there and there were no surprises when I arrived. Thank you!

All Around AWESOME!!!
My experience from the first step into the dealership to the first time my new car needed service due to a nail in my tire, the folks at Earnhardt Hyundai have been professional, accommodating, non-aggressive, and kind. Tony Wahl is a fabulous salesman! Ian in the finance department was very helpful finding me the best loan. And Ricardo, my service manager was efficient and went out of his way to get my car looked at and puncture in tire fixed.
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Ricardo is great and you always feel like they want to help you. They provided great options depending on what I wanted to do. They did not try and oversell a long term maintenance Item if I was not planning on keeping the vehicle.

As always, excellent customer service. Ricardo never fails to make you feel cared for and is the top professional. The mechanics performing service on my vehicle never fail to do an exceptional job.
