My car broke down in Flagstaff, AZ and I had to use the Flagstaff Hyundai dealership to service my car. They had my car for 3 months with very little communication if any at all. I had to turn to my local Hyundai dealership in Scottsdale even though it was not their problem. Mike, the service manager, was a tremendous help to encourage the Flagstaff Hyundai to communicate with me and to explain what he thought was happening. After I got my car back he offered to look over my car to make sure my new engine was properly installed. He did find several things that the Flagstaff service did not properly complete. He kept me informed and made a very big problem easier for me.

Matt and Michael did a great job. The car service was completed very quickly and came back nice and clean, even the intricate grill was free of water spots which is not easy to do. I will be back and would recommend them.

Service for my Palisade
I initially called Larry Miller Hyundai in Peoria AZ to take care of a problem that I had with my blind spot monitoring. I was told there was a new program that had to be installed. When I spoke to their service department to make an appointment, I was asked if I had purchased my car from them. I didn’t think it mattered whether I purchased it from them or a dealer across the country!!!! I called Scottsdale Hyundai and spoke to the service manager and was told to bring it in that day and it would be taken care of. Within 45 minutes the issue was resolved. The dealer that I did purchase it from said it would be about 2 hours. I was very happy taking my new car into Earnhardt of North Scottsdale.

Quick Response to small Issues on 2020 Palisade
I brought in my 2020 Palisade due to wind noise issue on driver side door and rough riding tires. All tires were checked for balance and roundness and alll were within spec but rear tires were moved to the front as they were thought to be somewhat more perfect. Tech. Took car for road test and confirmed wind noise and ordered parts to resolve the problem.
